Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about why I may be a good fit to your buying and selling Real Estate goals. I have called Kelowna home since 1991. I grew up in the Lower Mainland. I have farm and city roots. I purchased my first home at 21 and have personal experience in the building process, strata, luxury properties and acreages.
I take a grassroots approach to helping clients understand the process of moving from start to finish and believe in having a strong client focused team in place.
I have 2 children ( 21 and 20 years old).
I am an analytical type that excels in mediation and have worked successfully in amicable and contentious divorce sales.
I am fascinated with strata and love how each development has its own type of community.
I enjoy learning about wines and wineries, horses, sociology and cultural anthropology.
My clients are very important to me. The decision to use me as their professional Realtor is the biggest compliment I can receive and a job I take very seriously.
